Welcome to the Jessa Skincare & SugarLove Sugaring Family! As a wholesale or license only account you automatically agree to the terms in this contract. If you do not adhere to our wholesale policy your account may be put on hold or canceled at anytime with or without notice.

Wholesale Verification:

Send photos/scan of your, Esthetician/Cosmetology License, Resale Licsense and Proof of Malpractice Insurance.
WHOLESALE Account - (verification required: license + resale + insurance)
You will receive a discount of 50% off on select products.
LICENSE ONLY Account - (verification required: license OR proof of schooling)

You will receive 20% off on select product. Only small purchases of hair removal / professional peels will be allowed for personal use or education.

Wholesale Exclusivity:

When choosing wholesale accounts, Jessa Skincare Product Line is an exclusive brand accepting a limited number of spas in each city. We want to ensure that our spas have something exclusive creating return sales and customers long term. You will NEVER see our product sold on Amazon, eBay or any other online/brick and mortar location; we are strictly a professional brand. If your customers call us to purchase their refills, we will send them back to you. Exclusivity does not include our hair removal line but you can reach out to us to discuss further 415-272-3398

 

Online Sales: We treat online stores as a separate type of business; online sales must be approved in writing by Jessica “Jessa” Roberts before products can be placed online, your account can be suspended or closed at any time if unauthorized online sales are found without signing a contract. We are a professional spa only line and would like to prevent our products from being sold by unauthorized retailers. You must be a licensed professional or establishment to be approved.

 

Additionally Insured:

If you are a large distributor/retailer and wish to be added as an additionally insured please submit your request for approval. We will not provide full insurance for you, you will always need to have your own liability policy in place. Most small retailers and spas will not be added to our policy. If you are approved as an additionally insured you will be charged a yearly fee based on the policy increase due to your addition. Usually $200 per year large sales volumes could change this.

 

 

Minimum Orders:

There are NO minimum orders. Lead time for a typical order is 3-7 business days, we are open Tues-Sat 10a-2p Pacific Time for shipping or calls 415-272-3398.

Large orders of $5000+ will need to setup special orders for fast shipping times. We make our product in small batches we like to make our products fresh when ordered.

If you begin to order in larger quantities you will receive these benefits:

Orders of $450+ will receive free shipping

Orders of $5000+ will automatically receive 5% off wholesale cost

Orders of $10000+ will automatically receive 8% off wholesale cost

 

Back Orders/Pre-Orders:

You will receive a courtesy call & email when their order comes in, letting you know one or more items is back ordered / pre-ordered. You will be offered the option of either holding the entire order or paying extra shipping when the back ordered / pre-ordered item comes in. We do not pay the extra shipping to separate the orders, unless you order is going to be split up into multiple packages already. If we do not hear back from you within 2-3 days the back ordered items will be excluded from your shipment, and we will automatically ship the in stock items. You understand you are responsible for paying an extra shipping charge once those items come in.

Product Samples:

Samplers are available to those who wish to try out our products before opening a wholesale account.  We have special kits and trial sizes that can be ordered for 50% off wholesale cost and free shipping. A sample order can be made ONE time only for a limited amount of product. You may also purchase samples of each product at wholesale cost anytime after your sample order. 

 

Payment Terms:

All orders must be pre-paid by credit card.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX andPaypal (for an additional 3% charge).  Your payment will be processed before your order is packed. Shipping will be charged at the time your order is placed.   

 

Shipping:

Orders are shipped via USPS, or other shipper as required, international orders are done through email or phone only with DHL.  Orders will be shipped from Novato, CA 

For large orders of $5000+ you should expect extended packing or shipping time if you did not pre-order, due to the fact that we produce small batches of our product, some quantities must be pre-ordered.  

 

Shipping Restrictions:

Some of our products are sensitive to heat and could require special shipping in order to

ensure that they arrive intact. Ship without temperature control from May 1st to September 31st at your own risk, to require temperature controlled shipping you must note this in your order or call us, extra shipping charges will apply. Please be advised that if you are experiencing hot weather outside of the above mentioned dates, it is your responsibility to inform Jessa Skin LLC.

 

Refused Shipments:

Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee, as well as paying any new shipping costs for re-sending your order.  You understand you will be responsible for

all shipping costs incurred by Jessa Skin LLC.

 

Order Turnaround Times:

Our order turnaround times are usually 7-10 days or less, depending on the size and content of your order.  Please remember large orders of $5000 or more may require an additional 2-4 weeks to produce, once we are familiar with your needs we can stay stocked for quick shipping. We do not keep large quantities of our product in the warehouse because it is natural/organic and has a one to three-year shelf life. We want each shipment to be fresh.Please be aware that as we get closer to the holidays (especially Christmas, Summer Time and other special holidays), lead time may increase due to the volume of orders we receive.

 

Damage Claims:

  • We go to great lengths to ensure that your order arrives intact!  If for some reason your order is damaged in transit, please report it to us within 7 days of the date you receive the merchandise.  If you receive product with damage in excess of 10% of your order, you will be required to return the product to Jessa Skin LLC.  Please phone, fax or email PHOTOS to report such breakage. 
  • We will issue a credit to your account only for merchandise that has been reported, insured, returned and received by Jessa Skin LLC. 

 

Returns:

  • We accept returns on unopened sealed / unused product within 30 days of purchase.
  • You are 100% responsible for return shipping fees, you may reach out to us and see if we can send you a discounted return label.
  • Returns must be completed by phone we do not accept returns through email, text or our website please call only 415-272-3398.
  • We do not accept returns of open product based on anything other than damage or pre-mature product expiration claims or re-called batches.

Internet Sales: 

  • No Jessa Skin LLC products can be sold on any website for less than retail prices quoted on the Jessa Skincare LLC website.
  • No Jessa Skin LLC products can be re-sold to other wholesalers for the purpose of selling retail. 
  • No Jessa Skin LLC products can be re-sold to wholesale or discount outlets, either online or otherwise.

 

Private Label:

All items purchased from Jessa Skin LLC under the protection and trademark of Jessa Skin, LLC and must display the Jessa Name.  Under no circumstances may you sell Jessa products under any other name, or reproduce products under this trademark.

 

Product Quality:

We stand behind the quality of every one of our products.  Because our products are

Natural, Organic, Handmade, some variations in color, smell, shape and finish are to be expected.  Our products aremade in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. 

 

Placing a Wholesale Order with Jessa Skin, LLC indicates that you have read, understand and accept the conditions outlined in this Wholesale Policy.
